Green Package:
This unique electronic transcript can be viewed with the standard Real Legal viewer. This file combines a fully searchable transcript with hyperlinked exhibits. Each time an exhibit is mentioned in the deposition, you can view this document by clicking on the link. You can also retrieve exhibits by clicking on the exhibits folder located on the left toolbar. Inside this folder, you will find all of the exhibits discussed in this deposition.
Exhibit Portfolio:
This exhibit portfolio allows you to access all your exhibits in one convenient PDF file. This file is fully searchable and allows you to search specific phrases or keywords. The search feature allows you to preview excerpts of the keyword or phrase. You can also add a description to each of the exhibits, making it easier to organize these documents. We maintain a portfolio for your entire case and provide these portfolios for each deponent.
Online Repository:
All of your deposition materials are uploaded to our online case repository. We provide each of our clients a secure login so they have 24/7 access to their deposition materials. This online case repository allows you to easily download your transcripts and exhibits, schedule a deposition, and compile invoices.
